1. Policy Overview
Movies Plus respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), the text of which may be found on the website of the U.S. Copyright Office at copyright.gov, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service and/or any website owned or operated by Movies Plus.
Movies Plus is an indexer and video embed aggregator. We do not host, upload, or stream any video content ourselves. All video content displayed on this website is hosted by third-party providers (e.g., public embed services) and embedded in our pages using standard iframe/embed technologies. We are not in a position to verify the licensing status of content that third parties upload or serve.

3. Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you believe copyrighted material on this site infringes your work, submit a written notice containing all of the following (incomplete notices will not be acted upon):
- Electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including specific URLs where the allegedly infringing content is located.
- A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on Movies Plus, with enough detail that we can locate and identify it — full page URLs are required.
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
4. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to our copyright agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief removal was in error.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the district where the address is located.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will send a copy to the original complainant and reinstate the material after 10–14 business days if no court action is filed.
5. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable and/or terminate access to the service for users or third-party providers who may be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove or disable any content at any time, without notice, and to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
